So, you might be wondering, what’s the deal with the title? Well, that’s because of my name, you see. You might not find the user you’re looking for, but you found me instead!
Heya, I’m Yu Zhe (See the wordplay? With the title, yeah? Never mind) , and I’m currently studying Software Engineering in Xiamen University Malaysia. Although I lived and studied in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, for 11 years. It was fine the first 6 years in primary school, then it got all weird and awkward for awhile in the next 5 years in secondary school, primarily because my mother was teaching in the same school! Yep, she’s a teacher! Thankfully though, we both agreed to not have each other in our class, with her opting to teach other classes that I wasn’t in. That definitely made my life easier in class, because I had to act all proper and stuff when she’s around.

I turned 20 just recently, and thanks to all my friends, I have not one but two awesome gifts, with the first one being a thrifty shirt and the other one being a hugeass poster that has all our ugly pictures on it. I am one lucky fella, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have such great friends, I really am. Not many can tolerate my bullshit, my attitude, my words, basically, me. And for that, and although they probably won’t see this, I just wanna say thank you from the very bottom of my heart.

Now let’s get back to some more uplifting stuff, hobbies! I used to read a lot of books, back when I was small. Although I love to read, I only do it on two occasions: When I was eating, or when it was time to sleep. These days though, I don’t do reading so much no more. That’s a bit disheartening, because I used to love books so much. I blame all of this on technology, ’cause I find myself spending more and more time on my phone, my computer, etc. (Gosh darn you, technology!)
Besides reading, I like to listen to music too. I don’t really have a particular genre of music that I like, because the music that I listen to depends on my mood and where I’m at. Nowadays, I mostly settled on chill music (Shoutout to Nohidea, he makes great lofi beats), the occasional Japanese EDM (I’m looking at you, Yunomi) and some rap music (Loving the flow from Higher Brothers right now). I also game too. The range of games that I play is huge and diverse, ranging from MOBA games like Dota, to RPG games like Nier:Automata and the new God of War, to even FPS games such as the new and uprising Apex Legends. For single-player games, I like to challenge myself by playing the hardest difficulty the game has to offer so that it causes me to rage so hard and make me feel like smashing my desk in and not only regret but also hate myself for playing the hardest difficulty make things more interesting.
I guess I’ll wrap up my intro for now, because it’s kinda long and probably will bore people to death sleep, just like what my mother always do when she teaches Sejarah (That’s the word “History” in Malay, for those of you that don’t know) to her students. So, follow me if you like me, don’t follow me if you don’t, and yeah, I guess I’ll catch you all in my next post.
Peace.
